Ron Lotz
SENIOR PASTOR
I hate name tags. I hate them because they always seem like a superficial barrier. I prefer to ask a persons name, to take the time to get to know them and hear their story. I hate politics of any kind and administration leaves me braindead, although I enjoy leading. I laugh a lot and warm to a good story. My greatest joy is being a father and husband. I love being a pastor and shepherding my flock. I believe the preaching of the Word of God is by far the greatest calling a man can have. I am more comfortable in blue jeans than I am in a suit. I love the outdoors and the musky smell of a library. Those who know me say that I am an aesthetic and a scholar pretending to be a regular guy. (Click below to read his blog.)

Billy Dutton
WORSHIP and TECH DIRECTOR
This probably comes as no surprise, but I LOVE music! All kinds of music! I love the way music can transport us to somewhere else and evoke strong emotional responses from us! Our God created music for His worship and I am BLESSED to be able to participate in this creative medium! My other passions include running long distances on trails and Star Wars (didn't see that coming did you)!I I love being a hubby, a daddy-OH, and a Papa!! I can be quiet and reserved sometimes, well ok not too many times, and I can laugh loud and long (my family would agree with the last one more). I like to have fun but also crave those alone times where it is just God, me, and a trail winding up into the mountains!
Millie Veltkamp
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT &
CHILDREN'S CHRISTIAN EDUCATION DIRECTOR
I wake up each day in awe that our amazing God would use me in a small way to share His gospel message with kids and their families. I am blessed to serve at BAC by serving kids, their families & our amazing volunteer team. I have worked in children’s ministry in various capacities for over 20 years.
My family is one of my biggest joys in life. I have been with my husband Jim for 28 years. 4 amazing children call me mom and 2 fabulous grandchildren call me grandma. I am a simple person. I don’t get excited about material things, and value experiences over things. Moments that take my breath away are what I treasure. Time outside hiking, biking, camping, fishing, kayaking & traveling on mission, are how I relax and spend my free time. I have a heart for service, wear many hats, but most importantly, I am a life changed by Jesus.

YOUTH MINISTRY INTERN
I am excited to see God’s work in both my personal life, and in ministry as well. I have a huge passion for students and see them fully commit their lives to Christ like I did at the age of twelve. I have a passion for God’s Word, both knowing it but living it as well. My favorite part of being here at BAC is that it is helping me grow in both my spiritual & organizational life. Currently I am on my way to get my Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in General Ministry from Montana Bible College in Bozeman Mt. I am originally from Cabazon California, but spent most of my childhood being raised in Boise Idaho with my parents, two older siblings and with my identical twin.
If you meet me, I can be a little goofy and energetic in general. I have a deep affection towards three things; coffee, La Croix, and volleyball. Other than that, doing something outside is where I would love to be.
