Ron Lotz
Senior Pastor
I hate name tags. I hate them because they always seem like a superficial barrier. I prefer to ask a persons name, to take the time to get to know them and hear their story. I hate politics of any kind and administration leaves me braindead, although I enjoy leading. I laugh a lot and warm to a good story. My greatest joy is being a father and husband. I love being a pastor and shepherding my flock. I believe the preaching of the Word of God is by far the greatest calling a man can have. I am more comfortable in blue jeans than I am in a suit. I love the outdoors and the musky smell of a library. Those who know me say that I am an aesthetic and a scholar pretending to be a regular guy. Visit Pastor Ron's Blog

Millie Veltkamp
Director of Next Generation Ministry
I wake up each day in awe that our amazing God would use me in a small way to share His gospel message with others. I am blessed to serve here at BAC by discipling children, youth and their families, as well as supporting our outstanding team of interns & amazing volunteer team. I have worked in children’s ministry in various capacities for over 20 years. My family is one of my biggest joys in life. I have been with my husband Jim for over 30 years. 4 amazing children call me mom and 2 fabulous grandchildren call me grandma. I am a simple person. I don’t get excited about material things, and value experiences over things. Moments that take my breath away are what I treasure. Time outside hiking, biking, camping, fishing, kayaking & traveling on mission, are how I relax and spend my free time. I have a heart for service, wear many hats, but most importantly, I am a life changed by Jesus.
Charles Bergevin
Youth Ministry Director
Hello there! What can I say except my life has been changed forever! I met a king who died for me. But get this, He came back to life! Conquering death once and for all! Absolutely insane! The king has called me here to Belgrade Alliance all the way from Cincinnati Ohio. I grew up as a homeschooler who loves stories, games, music, and the great outdoors. Since moving to Montana, I’ve grown closer to Jesus, attended college at Montana Bible College, and married my beautiful wife, Shaina. I also really like books, let me know if you have any good recommendations. Also, I love student ministry. We have a blast at The Anchor and Beyond! If you are in middle school or high school, you should stop by, our team would love to get to know you!
Billy Dutton
Worship & Tech Director
This probably comes as no surprise, but I LOVE music! All kinds of music! I love the way music can transport us to somewhere else and evoke strong emotional responses from us! Our God created music for His worship and I am BLESSED to be able to participate in this creative medium! My other passions include running long distances on trails and Star Wars (didn't see that coming did you)!I I love being a hubby, a daddy-OH, and a Papa!! I can be quiet and reserved sometimes, well ok not too many times, and I can laugh loud and long (my family would agree with the last one more). I like to have fun but also crave those alone times where it is just God, me, and a trail winding up into the mountains!

Grace Veltkamp
Pier 56 & Children's Ministry Intern
First, and foremost, I am a daughter of the King and love Jesus! I am passionate about camping and youth ministry, and am especially drawn to the middle school age group. I have served as part of the Yellowstone Alliance Adventures staff team for several summers, which has truly helped me grow in my faith & confidence. I am blessed to serve as an intern at BAC, leading the Pier 56 Ministry for 5th & 6th grade students, and helping out with children's ministry. Grace has been accepted as an intern for Envision Cleveland and will be serving there in 2025 before pursuing a degree in Elementary Education from Montana State University.
